The electric heating capacitor is applicable to the induction heating electrical system with nominal voltage no more than 4kV and frequency of 50kHz to improve the power factor and loop characteristics.The capacitor is mainly composed of housing, connecting rod and core.Electric capacitors use roughened polypropylene film and high-performance liquid (excluding PCB) as composite media, high-purity aluminum thin foil as electrode plates, porcelain sleeve screws and cooling water pipes as lead out terminals, aluminum alloy plates as shell, and water cooling pipes inside. The appearance is mostly rectangular box structure.
